GTA IV: The Lost and Damned cheats are entered through the character’s phone. This guide collects documented built-in entries, explains activation and separates edition limits. Choose your platform before copying a code; GTA games do not all share one input method.

How to enter the codes

Open the protagonist’s phone and display its numeric keypad when available. Enter the complete number and place the call inside the game. After a successful entry, check the effect and the phone’s cheats menu. If a sequence restricts phone use, return to ordinary gameplay first. These numbers are never dialled on a real phone.

Useful cheats: what each effect changes

Johnny’s six exclusive numbers summon episode vehicles and motorcycles. Choose for the terrain: a bike turns quickly but exposes its rider to collisions and gunfire. Health restoration and wanted-level removal use the general GTA IV numbers, rather than invented Lost-specific phone codes.

Johnny has six additional vehicle numbers, including Hexer, Innovation and Gang Burrito. He can also use the general GTA IV codes listed below. Campaign selection matters: a Lost-specific bike does not become available throughout the series by dialling its number. On PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, entry is through the character’s fictional phone.

Codes and combinations by platform

Open your platform’s group. Each row pairs an effect with its input; counts describe rows rather than unique effects. Code words and button sequences remain untranslated.

Editions, limits and common mistakes

The Lost and Damned retains GTA IV’s phone system. Episodes from Liberty City and Complete Edition are packages rather than two additional stories: identify the active campaign before trying a number. The Ballad of Gay Tony’s vehicles are not automatically part of Johnny’s repertoire. A code working in one episode does not establish universal compatibility.

Saving, undoing effects and continuing without cheats

Keep a separate save before experimenting. Re-entering a code does not reverse every effect, and editions can behave differently. An earlier save is the clearest route back to a previous state; check mission or achievement restrictions for your edition afterwards. Tables come from checked documentation, without claiming hands-on testing of every sequence on every machine.
