How to enter the codes

Open the protagonist’s phone and display its numeric keypad when available. Enter the complete number and place the call inside the game. After a successful entry, check the effect and the phone’s cheats menu. If a sequence restricts phone use, return to ordinary gameplay first. These numbers are never dialled on a real phone.

Useful cheats: what each effect changes

482-555-0100 restores health, armour and ammunition; 362-555-0100 covers health and armour. Wanted removal uses 267-555-0100, distinct from increasing it. Dial 359-555-0100 for the Annihilator and leave space for the spawn. Removing a wanted level does not prevent future offences from attracting attention.

Niko enters these numbers on the in-game phone across the listed platforms. They cover health, armour, weapons, wanted levels, weather and vehicles, without a native cash code. Some entries affect particular achievements, so retain a clean save. The health-and-armour number differs from the one adding weapons: check the number rather than assuming every health-related code is identical.

Editions, limits and common mistakes

GTA IV has 16 documented general phone codes and no native cash phone number. Certain cheats block specific achievements during use, so preserve a separate save beforehand. Saving, undoing effects and continuing without cheats

Keep a separate save before experimenting. Re-entering a code does not reverse every effect, and editions can behave differently.
