In IGN’s October 7, 2026 interview, available in full through Best Buy Gamers, Rockstar North’s co-studio head lists them alongside robberies and stealing cars for fences. That supports the existence of gang-related targets, rather than a complete catalogue of the game’s organisations.
There is also a named example in the official listings: PTT Youngin$. This guide brings together the interview and Rockstar and PlayStation descriptions, checked on November 1. It is not a hands-on playthrough, and the review date is not being presented as a new announcement date.
Who are PTT Youngin$, and where is their compound?
The official description places PTT Youngin$ in Southside, Vice City, and portrays them as a particularly loud, socially active gang. Rockstar’s site calls the benefit “PTT YOUNGIN$ Illegal Goods Store”, under “Gang Compound”. PlayStation lists “PTT YOUNGIN$ COMPOUND”. These are different labels for the described content, rather than two separate missions to count.
The promotional image shows members outside the store, with a motorcycle and someone filming on a phone. It establishes the gang’s visual presentation, without revealing its hierarchy, total membership or exact playable-map position. Southside is the verified textual location; fan-map coordinates are not being passed off as Rockstar’s.
What the raid involves and what rewards are described
The listing describes raiding the compound and escaping safely to obtain special items and distinct contraband. Both the raid and the escape are part of that description: this is not simply sightseeing or shopping at an illegal-goods retailer. “Store” in the name does not establish ordinary vendor functionality.
These listings do not specify loot value, a complete item inventory, sale conditions or replay frequency. We therefore do not promise a particular exclusive weapon or an infinite-money route. The official wording is narrower than those interpretations and should remain so when comparing editions.
PTT Youngin$ and Ultimate: keeping the claims separate
The specific PTT Youngin$ compound is advertised among the Ultimate Edition extras. The interview, meanwhile, discusses gang compounds as open-world action opportunities. One named benefit does not establish that all gangs, every compound or every confrontation is exclusive to Ultimate.

How to think about preparation without inventing a walkthrough
Planning can focus on the objective, possible exits and getting away from the area. That follows from the official requirement to escape safely; it is not a tested sequence of doors, enemies or controls. Without an accessible mission, a secret entrance or a guaranteed weapon combination would be invented advice.
