Famitsu’s interview describes Jason getting into bed beside Lucia and discusses the animation work on the covers. That scene provides context for shared routines without specifying the optimal hours needed to restore each statistic. A detailed animation and a recovery rule are different kinds of evidence.
What an exact rest guide would require
Recommending a schedule would require sleep duration, clock speed and quantified recovery effects. We would also need to check whether missions alter those rules.
